TACT AND STRUCTURE, THE FLESH AND THE STONE…
The house nestles into the terrain with quiet respect, settling on the highest part and stretching out in line with the land. This discreet approach minimizes earthworks and allows the main façade to open generously to the south, embracing the light.

All the volumes are brought together under a large, single-pitch sloping roof that binds the project with calm and coherence. In front, a horizontal base—formed by a series of porches and pergolas—adds human scale and softens the visual height of the building.

Materials are chosen for their proximity, texture, and durability: larch wood joinery, handmade ceramic latticework, earth-toned lime mortar, cyclopean concrete walls, crushed roof tiles for exterior surfaces, natural cane ceilings, polished concrete floors, and Neptune balls (posidonia oceánica) collected from nearby shores used for roof insulation.
